Paperwork

The more information you can give us about the fugitive, the faster we can find him/her. In order for us to legally arrest the fugitive and exonerate your bail bond, we must have the following:

• CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BAIL BOND

• WRITTEN ARREST AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU

• MUG SHOT

The Clerk of the Court can stamp and certify a copy of the bail bond, and you can download the  Arrest Authorization form from this web site. Mug shots are an absolute must. If you don't have any photos of your skip, you should be able to obtain a mug shot from the law enforcement agency that made the initial arrest. The sooner we get your paperwork, the sooner we can start locating your fugitive. The quickest way is either e-mail or simply place all the documentation in your folder in the Agent Area of this web site (we will assign you a login ID and password as soon as we receive a signed contract). Regular mail works fine, but it can slow down the process.
